Following a brain injury, so many things change. Navigating life can leave us feeling alone and insecure.
Alone and insecure as someone adrift in a rowboat on an open ocean without rows.
My brain injury occurred in 1967 when I was 10 years old nearly 53 years ago. To read more about my process and journey click on this link About.
On February 6, 2007 I created Second Chance to Live
Over the course of the past 13 years, I have written articles, created video presentations, eBooks and slideshow presentations to share what I have learned on a variety of topics. Topics that have helped me to navigate life while living with the impact of a brain injury and an invisible disability. Topics such as building self-esteem, improving self-acceptance, celebrating success, finding purpose, finding and knowing peace, fulfilling dreams, creating hope, overcoming bullying and relationships.
Below are links to resources. Resources in which I share these topics. As you read, watch/ listen and questions come to mind, please send those questions to me. All questions are good questions and welcomed.
