In the event that you are living with an invisible disability, I am writing this to you. I am writing this to you to encourage you, as I need to encourage myself; to not give up on pursuing our dreams or our destiny.
Living with an invisible disability can leave us feeling confused, baffled and alone. Living with an invisible disability can leave us feeling inadequate and as though there is something wrong with who we are.
Because our disability is invisible we may find ourselves being blamed and shamed for not being enough. This conveyed attitude can lead us to believe that we are are helpless to change anything in our lives.
But there is Good News
By growing in the understanding and acceptance of our invisible disabilities we no longer have to feel inadequate. Feel inadequate because of our invisible disabilities, deficits and limitations.
We Need Dr’s, Neurologist’s and Neuropsyhologist’s to Identify
We need our Dr.’s, Neurologist’s and Neuro-psychologist’s to help us to understand our invisible disabilities. To help us to understand and find ways to compensate for our invisible disability, deficits and limitations.
With Their Help
With their help we can learn how to compensate for our invisible disabilities, deficits and limitations. With their help we not longer have to feel inadequate because of our invisible disabilities, deficits and limitations.
