Hello and welcome back to Second Chance to Live my friend. I am happy to see that you decided to stop by to visit with me. Thank you. Yesterday I shared Part 1 of a 2 Part article / video series. Living with a Traumatic Brain Injury — What helped Me to Stop Being Bullied Part 1 Video Presentation. The information in Part 1 of the article / video presentation as well as the information that I am going to share in Part 2 of the article / video presentation helped me to recognize and to take steps to avoid being bullied.
As shared in Part 1 of the introductions to the Part 1 of the article / video series, the information in Part 1 and now in Part 2 brought light to what kept me in denial, set me up to be bullied and led me to believe that I deserved to be abused.
What I share in Part 1 and Part 2 of this article / video series helped me to be aware – not to point the finger in anyone’s direction – when I was being bullied. The information that I share in Part 1 and in Part 2 help me to recognize when I am being confronted by a bully or bullies. The information that I share in Part 1 and Part 2 of this article / video series help me to remember that I can make different choices. I can choose to detach myself from people and situations that seek to control me through bullying.
The information in Part 1 and Part 2 of this article / presentation series helped me to understand why I believed that I deserved to be bullied. The information in Part 1 and Part 2 of this article / presentation series also helped me to stop being controlled by bullying.
