Good morning and welcome back to Second Chance to Live. I am happy you decided to stop by and visit with me. I am always happy to see you. You are a marvelous creation with splendor and majesty. You and I were created to be an expression of infinite love. Our presence is a beacon of hope to those in our world. We are significant just because we are. And the beauty of our lives is magnified through the potential of unlimited power.
You and I have unlimited power, but that power is not of us. Through my experience I have learned an invaluable lesson. The power is not of me, but through me. I can draw from the river that never runs dry. I do not have to rely on my own understanding. I can depend on receiving what I need through a place of rest. I can have confidence. I do not have to know the beginning from the end, or the end from the beginning. I can trust the process.
Several days ago I was experiencing some anxiety. In the midst of being anxious, I tried to figure out what next step to take to resolve the anxiety. For a moment I was still and a still small voice reminded me to trust the process. I followed the thought given to me — in spite of my anxiety — and the situation was quickly resolved. Yesterday, when I opened my Word 97 to begin writing this entry, Word 97 would not open for me. I used control/ alt/ delete to get out of Word 97. Once I exited Word 97, I once again attempted to open Word 97 without success.
When I realized that I could not access Word 97 I experienced some anxiety and then got quiet. Through being still a thought came to mind. Several years ago, while talking with a friend, he told me about Open Office 2.0. I did some research on line and decided to download Open Office 2.3. The program is free and provides many features not available in Word 97. Once again I was reminded to trust the process.
Earlier today, I looked outside my bedroom window to check on my car. To my amazement my car was not in the parking space. After going outside my apartment I looked around the parking lot, however my car was no where to be found. The sad reality became apparent, my car had been stolen overnight. Initially I became anxious and then decided to come in and call the police, the insurance people and wait for the police to come and take the report.
While I was waiting for the police I made other necessary phone calls. I realized I was powerless over the fact that my car had been stolen, so I decided to trust the process. After the police arrived, did the report, and left I re-contacted my insurance company and then waited to hear from the adjuster. After talking with the adjuster, I made arrangements to be picked up to get the rental car. After picking up the rental car I took care of some business and then came home.
Approximately 15 minutes after I arrived home, I received a phone call from the police telling me that they had found my car with no visual signs of damage. As you can imagine, I was very grateful to hear that my car had been found. The above experiences have only reinforced my belief that I can rely upon a power greater than myself and I can trust the process. Through trusting the process, a loving God and myself I am able to draw upon the source of unlimited power.

Hello Subconscious Mind,
Thank you for your time and kindness. I highly value your comment. I believe that both the conscious and unconscious mind are gifts. I personally believe that faith in a power greater than myself –who I choose to call God — enables me to have peace in the midst of anxious moments. I have found that I am able to access divine guidance when I am in peace.
I believe that apart from the peace that I receive through trusting the process, a loving God and what I have learned through my circumstances, experiences and opportunities I would constantly be churned by drama. I am empowered to draw upon unlimited power through the peace I receive through faith in a loving God, one day at a time.
Thank you again for leaving a comment and have a simply amazing day!
God bless you.
