Several day’s ago I wrote and published the article A Powerful Tool — Written or Verbal Documentation. In today’s article I would like to offer the article in video format, for individuals who learn more through watching and listening. Below is a brief excerpt from the article:
“In today’s article, I would like to speak to a tool that has served me many times as I interact with individuals and groups of individuals. This tool has given me peace of mind, eliminated a he said / she said discourse of convolution and aided in me in the process of keeping my side of the street clean. Although I am powerless over what other people say and do, I am not powerless over stating my truth, perception and my motivation.
The tool that I am referring to is the tool of documentation. In essence what documentation establishes (verbally or written documentation) is to let you know, that I know, that we know. Documentation helps me to nip, being misrepresented; in the bud.“
