Neuroplasticity in Motion
I have been using different martial art disciplines for the past 26 years to create new neural pathways and brain reorganization (neuroplasticity) through repetitive mirrored movements.
Benefits
To improve and enhance muscle memory, coordination, agility, body awareness, hand/foot/eye coordination, precision, dexterity, spatial orientation and balance on both the right and left side of my body.

Because of a shoulder injury and Covid I was not able to record in 2019 and 2020.

What do you have to say, within your speech, about those who are loved and still so highly intelligent and wise, who is a victim of guardian abuse, guardianship which was stolen by perjury, from me? What do you have to contribute about the fraud of innocent beautiful people who suffer from TBIs and ABIs to help them and their loved ones to release them from guardian abuse. Do you dare take it on? Because this is my daughter’s story. And it is just as important if not more as your speech you will be making, “Life after TBI.” It is time for this to stop!!!!!! Guardian abuse! Do you dare care about these people in your speech?! I dare you to research and be an advocate for those who are loved, with brain injuries who haven’t the option of a new normal. I dare you to go down this road. For as far as a new normal? ‘s nothing new! Guardian abuse is all over the world for people not only with disabilities but to keep on your subject, brain injuries. It’s time someone speaks up who has some power. Will it be you? I dare you to even answer me! I dare you to approach this subject! How much do you really care?
Hi Bonnie, I am sorry that you are experiencing this with the individuals who are affected by guardian abuse. I am not familiar with this behavior and as a result am not qualified to speak about or champion against guardianship abuse. Sounds like you are well able to articulate, champion and advocate for individuals who have been subject to such abuse. I am sorry that I not able to be more helpful on this front. Godspeed to you in your efforts to advocate for a change and accountability, Bonnie. Your raising this concern may be a rallying call for others reading your comment and my reply to get on board with you to champion and advocate for individuals subject to guardian abuse. Let me know if my reply proves to be helpful. Godspeed to you in your efforts, Bonnie. Craig
