On March 17, 2024, I will be giving my presentation, “Neuroplasticity, Repetition, Setting Goals and Creating Hope after Brain Injury” to the Harvard University Synapse Chapter, in Cambridge, Massachusetts through Zoom.
Among the holistic topics that I encourage is the use of repetitive mirrored movements to create new neural pathways and brain reorganization. Repetitive mirrored movements crossing the center line to engage both the right and left sides of the brain and body.
