I have been using different Martial Art Disciplines for the past 26 years to create new neural pathways and brain reorganization to own the power in my body. Below are recent demonstrations of my using these different martial art disciplines to work both small and large muscle groups, gross and fine motor skills.
To own the power of my brain (right and left hemispheres) and the functional ability of the right and left sides of my body (to improve balance, coordination, eye and hand/foot coordination, body awareness, focus, agility, and precision).
