Several days ago I found that my ability to use Zoom froze.
No matter what I did, my zoom remained frozen.
I tried uninstalling, reinstalling, changing the password, doing virus removal with Norton power eraser, to no avail.
Reached out for More Help
Because my website’s dashboard started to act strangely, I decided to contact the Norton virus removal team. An advanced scan, along with checking for malicious programs and entries revealed no interference creating the Zoom freeze or website dashboard concern.
Help Desk and Support Team
After completing scan and research on my computer, the virus removal team member connected me with a help desk. After speaking with the help desk, they kindly connected me with the Norton Support Team.
