I want to encourage you to keep writing and sharing what you are experiencing and learning through your process and on your journey. By doing so, you will be empowered and in the process empower other brain injury survivors who feel alone and isolated my friend. What I have found is that there is tremendous power in identification, as identification helps us realize that we are not alone or terminally unique. I have written an articles on The Power of Identification.
I have written other articles and created video presentations to share what I have learned through my process of living with a brain injury and an invisible disability for the past 45 years. I create video presentations of my articles, because I have found that individuals learn in different ways. Some through reading, while others through watching and listening.
