For many years I had a dysfunctional relationship with hope that left me discouraged. Discouraged because hope had “let me down” by not meeting my expectations. As result, I struggled with the idea of hope, until I experienced a “spiritual awakening”. A spiritual awakening that revealed that I could be a co-creator with hope, as my “coach”.
A coach that taught (and teaches) me lessons that helped (help) me to own and discover my power. The power to create in my life by learning from my circumstances, disappointments, discouragement and opportunities. Empowered by them, instead of feeling thrashed about, victimized and helpless because of what occurred and occurs in my life,
My encouragement to you is to begin to look at and see hope in a different way. In a way that will help you to learn from all your circumstances, disappointments, discouragement and opportunities. Lessons that will, in turn, serve to empower your life, instead of leaving you feeling defeated by them.
