Second Chance to Live

Empowering the Individual, Not the Brain Injury

339 Video Presentations for Brain Injury Peer Support to Empower Hope

May 25, 2016 By Second Chance to Live

The Power of Identificaion in Peer Support
295 Video Presentations to Empower Hope through Brain Injury Peer Support

Hello and welcome back to Second Chance to Live. I am happy to have you around my table. Thank you. Yesterday I wrote the article 12 Categories for Brain Injury Support. I created these 12 categories to share from the 1542 articles that I have written for Second Chance to Live and Create a Spark of Hope.  On July 29, 2011, I began creating video presentations of my articles to offer brain injury peer support to individuals who learn more effectively through watching and listening. Both my articles and video presentations are shared to empower hope.

Each of my articles and video presentations is shared from the power of identification. In my experience and through my process and journey I have found that there is tremendous power in identification. Click the link to read more about the power of identification: power in identification.

To access the 12 Categories of Articles, please click on the below link. After clicking on the 12 category link a page will open. Click on the desired category and the category will open for you on Second Chance to Live. After the desired category has opened, articles  within that category will be available to be read. As you read the articles and questions come to mind, please send those questions to me. All questions are good questions. I look forward to hearing from you.

12 Article Categories for Brain Injury Peer Support to Empower Hope

Today, I would like to introduce a video presentation of the article. I have made 295 video presentations of my articles over the course of the past several years. To access a list of my 295 video presentations, please click on the below link. After clicking on the below link a page will open. The page that opens will have a list of the video presentations. Scroll down the list of video presentations. When you find one that you would like to watch and listen click on the title of the presentation. The video presentation then will open for you on YouTube. As you watch the video presentations and questions come to mind,  please send them to me. All questions are good questions. I look forward to hearing from you.

A List of my 339 Video Presentations for Brain Injury Peer Support to Empower Hope

In my experience, I have found that there is tremendous power in identification. Identification gives me the ability to come out of hiding. To move out of the shadows of isolation. To break free from feeling alienated. Alienated from both myself and other people. As I listen to other people’s experience, strength, and hope I gain courage. The courage to not give up on my process and journey. The courage to run my race and stay committed to my course. The courage to be who I am as an individual living with the impact of a brain injury and an invisible disability.

Thank God that I met other individuals, who like me; were living with brain injuries and invisible disabilities.  Individuals who understood and offered peer support. Peer support from their experience, strength and hope of living with the impact of a brain injury and invisible disabilities. Individuals who truly get “it”.

For more information about my process and journey in living with the impact of a brain injury and an invisible disability, please click on this link: I Get “It”

You have my permission to share my articles and or video presentations with anyone you believe could benefit, however, I maintain ownership of the intellectual property AND my articles, video presentations and e Books are not to be considered OPEN SOURCE. I look forward to hearing from you. Copyright 2007 -2017
