Welcome back friends. I am glad you are part of my world. I have been meditating on a principle that has fired me up. I am so glad that I am the responsible party when it comes to my life. That means I have choices. One of the privileges given to me is the ability to look for the plus (+) sign in my day to day activities. The + sign gives me zeal for living. The + sign keeps me from should (ing) on myself. The + sign brings health to my spirit, to my physical body and to my emotional well being. The + sign keeps me moving in the right direction. The + sign encourages me to stay in the moment. The + sign gives me the ability to rest. The + sign motivates me to look for solutions. The + sign keeps me focused on the possibilities. The + sign sets me free to explore. The + sign opens my eyes to see miracles. The + sign helps me to trust the process. The + sign motivates me to stay in the game. The + sign helps me to surrender to a power greater than myself. The + sign gives me hope regardless…
