In today’s article I want to share something that has empowered me to go and make it a good day.
I am not suggesting that I make it a good day every day, but what I have learned.
What I have learned through my process has empowered my ability to realize.
Realize that I can choose to go and make it a good day.
Living with a disability, or in my case with an invisible disability can be very challenging.– at times.
If you are living with an disability or an invisible disability yourself, I am sure you can identify with me.
Through my process of living with an invisible disability for the past 42 years, I have discovered several essential ingredients.
Ingrediant that have enabled me to being able to make it a good day — one day at a time.
Over the next several days, I will share what has empowered me to be able to choose to go and make it a good day.
In essence, I have come to realize that I first need to have awareness. Awareness leads to greater acceptance.
Acceptance gives me the ability to take action.
Action to make it a good day.
