Several days ago I found that my ability to use Zoom froze.
No matter what I did, my zoom remained frozen.
I tried uninstalling, reinstalling, changing the password, doing virus removal with Norton power eraser, to no avail.

Because my website’s dashboard started to act strangely, I decided to contact the Norton virus removal team. An advanced scan, along with checking for malicious programs and entries revealed no interference creating the Zoom freeze or website dashboard concern.

Kit (support team member) cleared my browsers history. After clearing my browser history, she was kind enough to share the below steps with me. Steps that I could take to clear my browser history in the future.
Clearing Browser History
In the event that you are having a difficult time using Zoom or having some other computer difficulties, try following the below steps. Following these steps may help to resolve your Zoom or other computer issues.
Note: To clear all history in your browser
Found out the browser (Firefox, Google Chrome, ext) needs to be open for this clearing to happens.
Steps to Clear Your Browser (Firefox. Google, Opera and other web browsers).
1). Hold down the Control Key
2.) Hold down the Shift Key at the same time)
Thumb and pointer finger on left hand.
3.) While holding down the control and shift key, click the Delete key, under the Inset key to the right of the enter button
Combining these steps will bring up this window.
Click on OK, after making sure all the boxes are checked, except Offline Website Data.
Following these steps will clear your browsing history. Doing so may help to unfreeze your Zoom or other computer concerns.
