Hi Ojo, Thank you for leaving a comment and for what you shared with me. I am not a Dr. and am not a stroke survivor. Not sure what, “The result is saying all other things are normal except Thalamus of the left with chronic lacuna infarct” means, Ojo. I am also not sure what you are asking, “Will it aggravate?”. I am sorry that I am unable to give you more information as to what you asked. I can not advise you as I am not a Dr. I hope you understand. I would like to, but I am not qualified. I believe there is always home to recover. The process just takes time. For me, as a Traumatic brain Injury, survivor recovery has taken a lot of time. But I am happy I did not give up, but stuck with the process, a little at a time. I wrote an article several years ago to share what has helped me Here is a link to the article: Neuroplasticity, Small Successes, and Learning/Relearning Skills/Skill Sets. https://secondchancetolive.org/neuroplasticity-small-successes-learning-relearning-skills-skill-sets/ Check with your Dr. to see if he can suggest a way that you can improve using the principles that I share in this article, Ojo. I do not want to recommend anything as I do not know what would potentially aggravate given your CT scan. Check with your Dr. to find out what he would suggest that you could do to help you improve a little at a time, Ojo. As you are able, let me know what your Dr. tells you. Thank you, Ojo. I will say so long for now. Godspeed to you in your ongoing recovery process, and your family, Ojo. Craig
