In my experience, I discovered that as I stopped beating up on myself for what I could not change my self-esteem grew.

Not Comparing Myself to Other People
I needed to remember to run own race and stay in my own lane.
To NOT compare my lot to other people’s lot. To what they may or may not be building on their lot in life.
