Following a brain injury, so many things change. Navigating life can leave us feeling alone and insecure.
Alone and insecure as someone adrift in a rowboat on an open ocean without rows.
For individuals who learn better through watching and listening, I have created a video presentation of this article. To watch and listen to the article, click on this link: Navigating Life with a Brain Injury and an Invisible Disability Video Presentation.
My brain injury occurred in 1967 when I was 10 years old (About Page). In 6 weeks I am going to be 65 years old.
Over the course of the past 15 years I have written articles, created video presentations, eBooks and slideshow presentations to share what I have learned on a variety of topics.
Topics that have helped me to navigate life while living with the impact of a brain injury and an invisible disability.
Topics such as building self-esteem, improving self-acceptance, celebrating success, finding purpose, finding and knowing peace, fulfilling dreams, creating hope, overcoming bullying and relationships.

Several years ago I created 12 categories to house the articles that I have written on these topics. Below is a link to each of these categories. To access a list of the articles within each of these categories, click on the link of the interested topic. Once the page has opened, I share my perspective on the topic.
Below my perspective is a list of article and video presentation titles.
By clicking on the titles, the article will open for you. As you read the article (s) and watch the video presentations and questions come to mind, please share them with me. If the articles and video presentations help you, please leave a comment. Please also share your insights with me.
As you have questions, please ask. All questions are good questions and welcomed.
