Living with adversity can affected us in different ways. Adversity can leave us feeling depleted and discouraged. On the other hand, adversity can have the impact of making us stronger.
Like the butterfly that breaks free of the cocoon, through struggle, in the face of adversity we too can strengthen our resolve and ability to pursue and fulfill our destinies through adversity.
Through persistence, tenacity and endurance we can use adversity to strengthen our resilience to move forward with our lives. In the process, through persistence, tenacity and endurance we can become our own hero.
In this eBook I share inisights and strategies that empower the individual to move forward in the face of adversity. In this eBook I also share tools for rebuilding our lives through facing, addressing and overcoming adversity.
