What do You know
Welcome back. I am glad you decided to stop by and rest. I am happy you came back to visit with me. I was at a meeting last night where the topic of “think” was discussed. The individual who introduced the topic shared a representation for the word “think” –Thank heaven I now know. Her representation prompted me to consider another representation. Thank God that I now know.
I thank God that I know that I no longer need to be victim. Now I am free to learn from my experiences. I no longer need to believe that I am trapped or helpless. I know that I am an empowered being. I know that God is leading me. I know that all my needs are being met. I know that I am free to be me. I now know that life is filled with many learning curves.
I also know that I have choices. I know that my willingness plays a big role in my recovery process. When I find myself unwilling, I can now ask God to help me to be willing. I know that changed attitudes enhance my quality of life. I know that I am secure. I know that I am doing my best. I know that I am enough. I know that I am loved.
