Congratulations! That brings back some memories! 35 years Post TBI, I experienced vertigo, which the ENT said was caused by my TBI! Balance Therapy continues, as a dozen other therapies have over the years. TBI is Permanent!

Hi Joyce. Thank you. This has been ongoing and continues to be a process to improve my balance. Inner ear matters definitely affect balance too. I need to remember that recovery is a process, not a destination. Progress, not perfection. Learning to use what we have in ways that work for us. One day at a time.
