Several days ago I wrote the article, Rotator Cuff Tears, Physical Therapy, Strategies — You May Not Need Surgery.
I wrote this article to share information and to offer the hope to individuals who have rotator cuff tears (confirmed by an MRI) who may feel as though they are being pushed into having surgery.
Do You Feel as though You are Being Pushed into Having Surgery to Repair Your Rotator Cuff Tears
Although I was told that I had to have surgery, by my primary care physician, I discovered that I could work to rehab my shoulder and rotator cuff tears through working with a physical therapist.
I wrote Rotator Cuff Tears, Physical Therapy, Strategies — You May Not Need Surgery to share my experience and to offer hope to individuals with rotator cuff tears. Individuals, who like myself feel as though they were/ are being pushed into having surgery.
In the event, that you have had an MRI done and are being told that surgery is your only option, I would encourage you to read the article and/or listen to and watch a video presentation of the article my friend.
