I have been thinking about what makes a champion — a champion — and then who certifies the individual as a champion. Society as a whole seems to promote several notions that, by nature disqualify most of us from believing we are champions. Several years ago I wrote and article on the topic, The Measure of a Champion.
Because I have found that people learn in different ways, I have elected to put articles that I have written in a video presentation format. In today’s video presentation, I am going to share that article with you. To watch and listen to the video presentation, please click on the following link Traumatic Brain Injury — The Measure of a Champion Video Presentation.
As you watch the presentations and questions come to mine, please ask. If you would like to leave a comment, I would love to hear from you. I will say so long for now. Have a great day.

And remember, you are the one who gets to define whether you are a champion. Don’t sell yourself short in this process.
“The journey of a thousand miles begins with the 1st step. Once we take that 1st step and keep walking, before long we will be able to look back and see how far we have come. So keep walking my friend.” Craig J. Phillips MRC, BA
We are more than champions because we do not give up.
“Regardless of your lot in life, you can build something beautiful on it.” Zig Ziglar
