As I have continued to examine my beliefs, scripts and behaviors I have become more aware of how those beliefs, scripts and behaviors have influenced my life. Through my process I discovered that my limiting scripts and limiting beliefs were being used to divert my spiritual and emotional energy away from the core of my being. My limiting scripts and beliefs created anxiety in me and set me up to fail. My limiting scripts and beliefs promoted my insecurity. My limiting beliefs and scripts kept me discouraged.
My limiting scripts and beliefs corrupted my ability to trust the process, a loving God and myself.
My limiting scripts and beliefs sought to shame my very existence. My limiting beliefs and scripts hindered my ability to explore and to create. My limiting beliefs and scripts undermined my ability to be empowered by the process. My limiting scripts and beliefs interfered with my willingness to take risks. My limiting beliefs and limiting scripts sought to sabotage my creative capacity to use my gifts, talents and abilities. My limiting beliefs and limiting scripts sought to destroy my very life.
When I discovered that my limiting beliefs and my limiting scripts were promoting limiting behaviors I made a conscious decision to challenge those scripts and beliefs. In Traumatic Brain Injury and Energy I spoke to the need to clear the channel (s) so that our spiritual and emotional energy can flow freely. In my experience I have discovered that by confronting my limiting beliefs and limiting scripts I am able to challenge and change my limiting behaviors. Consequently, I have been able to replace those limiting behaviors with behaviors that empower my process.

In my experience I have also found that as I practice these empowering behaviors my spiritual and emotional energy is released to flow freely. Consequently I am able channel my gifts, talents and abilities in ways that work for me.
