Hi, and welcome back to Second Chance to Live today. Today is a gift that uses my time and energy. Today is the space in time that takes my experiences and forms them into the perceptions that form my realities. Today subsequently becomes the time that defines my experience and my experience is determined by how I chose to interpret what occurs in my world. The quality of my life subsequently becomes a sum of my values and judgments.
How I chose to value my day many times is based upon the judgments I place on my perceptions. As I live — how I interpret my experience – I assign meaning and value to what occurs in my world. My decision to place a positive or negative value upon my circumstances impact how I experience my life. When I perceive my experience as part of my process I make conscious decisions to look for solutions. Through being solution oriented, rather than problem focused I prepare myself to consider various possibilities. Through being open to the possibilities I open the door to hope. When I open the door to hope I find courage.
When I chose to see myself as an empowered being I perceive my experience as part of my process. Through maintaining a solution minded perspective — through my perceptions — I open my mind and heart to the world of miracles. My experience has taught me that miracles happen every day of my life and they are made manifest through the spectrum of my perceptions. My miracles have come through struggle, disappointment, discouragement, and frustration. Miracles have also been made manifest through adversity.
Although I may be faced with pain and discomfort, I can garnish my miracle. Even though I may be facing what appears to be an insurmountable odd, I know my miracle exists because my circumstances are not meant to keep me down, but they are meant to build me up. I may not be able to see the light at the end of the tunnel — my friend – however I know my miracle exists through what I am learning. I have strong confidence because I know that my perceptions are leading me to fulfill my destiny.
Today’s Thought:
You may be facing circumstances that are overwhelming. You may be discouraged and despondent. You may not be able to see a light at the end of your tunnel. You may be facing struggle, disappointment and frustration. You may be filled with fear and anxiety my friend. You may believe that your life no longer matters because of your traumatic brain injury or your disability. I have good news for you my friend. Your Miracle is Now!
You are not lost. You will see a new light and you will find a new zest for living. Be encouraged my friend. Your process is being worked out through your miracles. Solutions will be made manifest. You will dream again. Therefore, be expectant, look for your miracles and take advantage of your perceptions. You will succeed and you will fulfill your destiny.

Its inspiring how you encourage people to live the most fulfilling lives they can. We each construct limits in our mind and we can also learn to tear down those walls.
