Welcome back to Second Chance to Live. Tonight while speaking with a friend, he said something that truly made me angry. I realize that I am responsible for how I feel and that no one can push a button that I do not have to push. Sometimes I am not aware that buttons still exist, until someone says or does something to trip the trigger.
I am happy this trigger was tripped as I resolve myself to keep my focus. I will remain focused on the goal of fulfilling my destiny. I may not know how to fulfill my destiny in my tomorrow’s. I may not know how my destiny is going to look next week or next month, but that is fine with me. I am committed to my process and I know that I will receive what I need. More will be revealed.
You may have matters that make you angry, really angry. Don’t be afraid of your anger. Embrace and use your anger as a tool to teach you how to heal. Own your anger as what you chose to feel. Resist making someone else responsible for your anger. Don’t make someone else carry your anger. They are not responsible for your anger. They can not benefit from your anger.
As we become aware of our buttons, you and I can begin to heal spiritually, emotionally, and physically. Anger will reveal how we react and where our buttons exist. When we own our anger, we are empowered. Anger does not have to control us, but we can instead channel our anger into positive energy. So the next time you find yourself getting angry, own your rage. You and I no longer have to be afraid.
